01. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
02. Eligibility
To rent a motorcycle or participate in our tours, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license recognized in India.
- Carry original identification documents as required by law.
- Be physically fit and capable of operating a motorcycle safely.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
03. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the rental or tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
- Additional charges may apply for optional services, route modifications, damages, fines, or delays.
04. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations are executed according to the strict timelines below:

- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 business days.
05. Motorcycle Rental Terms
The renter agrees to:
- Use the motorcycle responsibly and in accordance with all traffic laws.
- Not allow any unauthorized person to operate the motorcycle.
- Return the motorcycle in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
- Immediately report accidents, theft, breakdowns, or damages.
The renter shall be fully responsible for:
- Traffic violations and fines.
- Damages caused due to negligence, misuse, reckless riding, or intoxication.
- Loss of accessories, documents, keys, or equipment provided with the motorcycle.
06. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required before motorcycle handover. The deposit may be partially or fully retained for:
- Vehicle damage.
- Missing accessories.
- Traffic fines.
- Late return charges.
- Excessive cleaning requirements.
The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded after inspection of the motorcycle.
07. Rider Responsibility
All riders participate at their own risk.
Ladakh Bike Trip Organiser shall not be held responsible for:
- Personal injury or illness.
- Loss of personal belongings.
- Accidents caused by third parties.
- Weather-related disruptions, road closures, landslides, or natural disasters.
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
08. Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, government regulations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Substitute accommodations, vehicles, or routes when necessary.
- Cancel or postpone trips if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Such decisions are made solely in the interest of participant safety.
09. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ladakh Bike Trip Organiser shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, business, or opportunities.
- Delays caused by events beyond our control.
- Mechanical failures arising during the journey despite reasonable maintenance.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific booking.
10. Website Usage
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.
- Upload malicious software or interfere with website functionality.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, graphics, and branding materials, is the property of Ladakh Bike Trip Organiser and may not be used without prior written consent.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected through our website shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, Landslides, Floods, Government restrictions, Civil unrest, Pandemics, Road closures, or Extreme weather conditions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leh, Ladakh, India.
